If you have made a reservation by e-mail or via telephone:
Individual bookings can be cancelled until 4pm on the day of arrival free of charge. After 4pm 80% of the room rate for the first night will be charged.

Group reservations

up to 6 weeks before arrival free of charge
up to 4 weeks before arrival 50% of the total arrangement
up to 2 weeks before arrival 75% of the total arrangement
up to 1 week before arrival 100% of the total arrangement

Website Bookings

If the reservation was made via our website we would kindly ask you to make the cancellation directly via the booking screen. Please enter your e-mail address and booking number under the section “Cancellation”. A confirmation email will then be sent to you.

External booking channel

If you made your booking via an external booking channel, cancellation can only be made via this platform the terms and conditions of the platform apply.

The price for a parking space in the hotel’s underground car park is CHF 25.- per night.
